Making A Difference
One of my professors works with The Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center, helping them come up with ideas to prevent and eventually end child sexual abuse. In service of this, each year he asks his students to provide their own concepts for multimedia campaigns to present to The TBCAC as one of our projects. This was my take on the prompt:
The main idea revolves around a social media-based campaign that uploads general advice for stopping and preventing sexual abuse by framing it as a sort of “code of conduct” to be followed.
This allows the subject matter to be brought up in a way that is helpful and informative for all ages, while remaining tactful enough to be taken seriously.
